Talis was commissioned by Perth Property Syndicate to prepare a traffic impact assessment for the proposed development of the old Honeywell commercial development situated in the north-east quadrant of the Burswood Road/Kitchener Way T-intersection.
The re-development of the site proposes 16,860m2 NLA of primarily office land use with 304 car parking spaces including 25 childcare car bays. Talis undertook the SIDRA 9 modelling and prepared the TIA of the proposed development. Talis also engaged with the Town of Victoria Park and represented the Client in the negotiations.
