Talis undertook HAZMAT surveys for all Western Power regional and metropolitan sub-stations throughout WA and the development of risk registers in accordance with the Code of Practice for the Management and Control of Asbestos in Workplaces [NOHSC:2018 (2005)]. The works were completed to establish registers for Western Power sites and comprised visual inspection by competent personnel and collection of samples for confirmation of asbestos fibre identification.
