Dale is a founding Director and the Section Lead for the Assets Management Team. He has over 23 years of professional experience within the civil design and asset management consulting Industry. He has consulted to Local and State government agencies as well as the commercial sector to deliver strategic, tactical, and operational asset management services.

Dale works with clients to efficiently and systematically manage infrastructure assets lifecycles, by identifying risks, developing strategies to mitigate them, identifying opportunities to improve performance and realising increased value. His ability to understand and quantify often complex client requirements whilst taking a flexible and outcome driven approach has seen him successfully deliver projects across all aspects of assets management. Dale has produced optimised forward works programs for infrastructure such as roads, paths and drainage and valuations to satisfy local government financial reporting requirements for over 100 metropolitan and rural local governments.
