Talis recently hosted a two-day leadership training program led by Roger Collins-Woolcock, aimed at involving staff in team building, strategic planning, skills development, reflection, and vision alignment. In a growing company, it is crucial to involve staff in leadership positions in shaping the company’s future direction. By sharing the broader vision, staff can better understand and align with the company’s goals.
The workshop brought together teams from all Talis offices, including WA, NSW, VIC, and QLD, for discussions and goal-setting initiatives. This collaborative effort strengthened group dynamics and facilitated the development of a unified national vision for the future of Talis.
