The Waste Management and Resource Recovery Association of Australia (WMRR) is hosting the 2025 Energy from Waste (EfW) Conference on the Gold Coast over the next couple of days.
This two-day event, hashtag 2025EFW, will explore the evolving role of Energy from Waste in Australia, including the various technologies available, how EfW fits within the broader waste management hierarchy, and the opportunities and challenges involved in planning and delivering EfW infrastructure.
